Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is required at checkout through our secure payment gateway. 

• Orders are processed once payment is received in full. 

Shipping & Delivery

• We offer Free Shipping & Express Shipping across Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are subject to potential delays.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Settled & Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

• If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within [number] days with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund. 

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our custom-curated gift boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 30 days for assistance. 

Custom & Bulk Orders

• Bulk orders for home builders or corporate clients may be customised upon request. • Custom orders require [payment terms, e.g., a deposit] and cannot be canceled once production begins.
